House of Chrysalis offers a variety of Counsellor informed Coaching services as well as workshops. 

One new popular offering is Speed Friending for Women. All sessions are fully customized.

Your first session with Shauna is a discovery intake, in order to get to know you better. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the Coaching process.

A  Coaching session with House of Chrysalis typically lasts for 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

All services offered by House of Chrysalis are completely confidential. An exception may be made if the Coach determines that a client may be in danger of harming themselves or another, or in the event of a court order.

For changes to scheduling with less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the session payment may be required. For changes to scheduling with less than 8 hours in advance, 100% of the session payment may be required.
